Who Are We?
We are beer lovers, same as you. Lovers of barley, hops, yeast, and water all coming together in both traditional and new styles. Shoeless Brewing is currently the only fermentation supply shop within roughly 60 miles. We have built a great local following over the years—people like you who come in, sample our beer, and maybe learn how to make their own. We always welcome new enthusiasts. Shoeless offers a full complement of beer, wine, and mead-making supplies and ingredients. We don’t typically talk about awards and such, but we are the only Google 5-Star rated brewery in Greenville. And we are the only place in town where you can come make your own beer and wine on-premise. How cool is that?
Rebeca Ortega

Rebeca Ortega is a co-owner and brewer at Shoeless Brewing. She brings a unique blend of creativity and technical skill to the craft of brewing, making Shoeless a beloved local spot. Rebeca's passion for craft beer and community engagement has helped cultivate a vibrant atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Shayna Ferguson
Co-Owner
Shayna Ferguson is a co-owner of Shoeless Brewing Company, where she plays a key role in the brewery's operations and customer service. Known for her personal touch, she excels in matching patrons with the perfect beer to suit their tastes. Her dedication to the craft beer community has made Shoeless Brewing a staple in Greenville's craft beer scene.
Ken Gillespie
After retiring from a career as an engineer in the plastics industry, Ken decided to take his passion for beer & home brewing to the next level and opened Grape and Grains/Shoeless Brewing in January 2015. He’s taught countless numbers of people how to home brew, or how to become better brewers. After selling the business in 2021 to Rebeca & Shayna, he has stayed on at Shoeless to continue brewing and teaching the brewing classes.
Lillie Fournier
Lillie has been part of the Shoeless team since 2022. We keep her around because she's kinda cute, can reach the high shelves, and is an all around good human. She too is a beer nerd so feel free to chat her up about her favorite Shoeless brews. When she’s not talking hops, she’s probably deep into all things Star Wars and proudly embracing the nerd life. From Jedi debates to galaxy trivia, Lillie is always ready to let her fandom shine.
